The International Longshoreman’s Association Local 1624 is a labor union that provides skilled labor to members of the Hampton Roads Shipping Association (HRSA). The Hampton Roads Shipping Association is a multi-employer group that enters into collective bargaining with the ILA and employs our members throughout the Port of Virginia.
